Our studio area with a sprung floor and a Harlequin top, Air-Con, Heating and studio spotlights – a lovely place to workout or relax with a Pilates class. Our 8×2 metres of mirrors are fantastic for self correction on posture, and great for our instructor to keep an eye on the whole class.
We have double doors leading through to our lovely bright reception area.
Our reception area ensures you will receive a wonderfully warm welcome. We have toilet and wash basin facilities and even our toilet has a pink seat! Through the double doors leads to our ….

The bright environment makes it an easy and comfortable space in which to focus on your “me” time. We have Ballet Barres if you need to stretch out and we also now have blinds on all windows to create a slightly more relaxed feel if needed.
