Pilates is an amazing way to exercise your body and mind. The exercises are slow and controlled, allowing for focus on great technique and time to work the body through its full range of movement, creating lengthened muscles and an enviable body shape!

Our multi-level Pilates classes allow you to enjoy this wonderful exercise technique whatever your level of experience. These classes are suitable for all ages and we are proud to constantly welcome participants in their later life who swear by the classes to keep them mobile and strong! We have four teachers at the studio who are all very passionate about encouraging you to get the most out of every class you attend.

Small Group Pilates

Our small group Pilates classes have been specifically designed for rehabilitation and strengthening after injury or illness or for those needing more individual attention.
These small group classes are taken by our highly experienced trainers, Ceri & Michelle.

These classes are limited to a maximum of 7 clients per class to enable the instructor to be able to give you individual attention if required.

Freestyle Step

Ceri delivers freestyle step with her usual sense of fun.

With fantastic (but not too complicated) choreography designed to give you the ultimate workout. A brilliant way to start your Tuesday!

As always with Ceri – there is a focus on strong technique – this will ensure that you get the best out of your hour of Freestyle Step

Michelle delivers Fitsteps with her usual high energy style!

With fantastic choreography designed to give you a great workout.

Absolute Intervals

Ceri delivers freestyle step with her usual sense of fun.

Our Low Impact High Intensity Interval Training class with Michelle. Interval training is proven to be an effective way of burning fat and increasing fitness levels. We recognised a need for a LOW IMPACT interval class and Michelle has drawn from her extensive library of exercises to create this challenging format. A fusion of cardio, strength and core work with variations to allow you to work at your own pace, this class will challenge you and produce FANTASTIC results!

We are proud to have PureStretch on our timetable.

Stretching is the most overlooked part of our fitness regime and this can often lead to muscle imbalances, tightness and injuries. Those of us who sit at desks, drive for a job or who simple don’t move enough are also likely to suffer as a result of this inactivity.

This simple system will teach you to stretch correctly and extensively but also increase your mobility so ideal for everyone from regular exercisers and sports people to those with a more sedentary lifestyle. Your body will thank you for taking part in this wonderful class!

Legs, Bums & Tums

A low impact class with the focus on giving your lower body the attention it deserves.

A great workout for all ages and abilities with great results! Our LBT workout incorporates some light resistance equipment to increase intensity and add variety to your class.

Studio Strength

6.00pm (Ceri)

DURATION: 1 hour
ATTENDANCE: Book Studio Strength with Ceri
This class is purely a strength class and designed to make you feel increased muscle tone to get you into great shape!

Influenced by any of the fitness styles we teach at the studio we use the same format for a period of time so that you feel progression, improvement in your technique & that you have truly achieved something! Increasing & maintaining muscle mass is vital once we are in our 30s and onwards along with bone loading to preserve bone density which decreases the risk of osteoporosis in later life.
As the formats are multilevel you can work as you feel is appropriate to your ability & you will be guided by our instructors all the way.

Prenatal Pilates

The complete Pregnancy Pilates course has been designed by Ceri and is specifically for mums-to-be. This is a 6 week course that is run concurrently at our studio. Our ladies typically join us for up to 4 blocks, depending on where their due dates sits. Every week has a different topic and every block is different.

You will have Ceri's full support throughout your pregnancy and beyond which includes her being available via email in between classes to answer any queries you may have.

We have a registered midwife in attendance most weeks (depending on her duty rosta) and she will be on hand to answer any questions you may have (either in person or, when she’s not here, on email). We have a maximum number of 10 ladies with us at any class. This keeps the number to a manageable level – ideal for some individual attention if required.
After the first week we will issue you with a password to enter the page on our website – this will have all the material from the previous week. Please contact the studio for further details.

Postnatal Pilates

Our postnatal Pilates class is your ideal start back into exercise after the birth of your baby. Your body has been through a lot during the nine months of pregnancy and it takes some work to get your pre pregnancy body back to normal.

Ceri will guide you and help you to strengthen and realign your body in the correct way, ensuring that if you have any physical issues to work with it is done in an appropriate and safe way. Whilst we all feel the same and desperately want to regain our shape it is so important to regain stability in our pelvis and strengthen our core muscles. You have your Mummy job to do which can be physically demanding and the exercises in the class are designed to help with this too!

This class is most definitely your best start back on the road to body recovery. Babies are welcome -we have ‘nanny Jennie’ who helps watch over them at the back of the studio and you can join other new Mums on the journey of Motherhood. Numbers are limited so booking is essential.
